Determined to honour his grandfather's wishes, Sir Dr. Anam Ul Islam initiated the transformation of the ancestral land at K. M. Tilla into a planned community development.

The project was named HAJI MOHAMMED ABDUL MASABBIR CITY in honour of his late father, whose dedication to family, education, engineering, sport and community service continued the philanthropic tradition established by earlier generations.
